Buyers within the DIY / Home Improvement channel exhibit multiple pain points coordinating vast programs and managing competing objectives.

  1. Coordinating with dozens of stake holders, including multiple brands within in the same product category and ensuring the retailer is satisfied with the result.
  2. Managing the brand supplied products – which can be in the hundreds of SKUs – alongside the displays, to satisfy the distribution of what can be dozens of different planograms going to thousands of stores.
  3. Maintaining the on-going program, including ensuring there is a surplus of inventory for different SKUs across all the brand supplied products and displays.
