Project Background
Buyers within the DIY / Home Improvement channel exhibit multiple pain points coordinating vast programs and managing competing objectives.
- Coordinating with dozens of stake holders, including multiple brands within in the same product category and ensuring the retailer is satisfied with the result.
- Managing the brand supplied products – which can be in the hundreds of SKUs – alongside the displays, to satisfy the distribution of what can be dozens of different planograms going to thousands of stores.
- Maintaining the on-going program, including ensuring there is a surplus of inventory for different SKUs across all the brand supplied products and displays.

- Worked with Lowe’s and the brands to calculate, store, and ship replacement parts for every project hassle-free.
