Vuori’s management could see early on that consumers were seeking more transitional clothing that went from yoga class to the gym, to work, and then home, to fit their blended lifestyles. By shifting towards an omnichannel approach and investing in physical stores, Vuori was able to increase brand awareness and create differentiation compared to other online-focused brands.
Client Highlights
Agility Retail helped Vuori develop designs for each of its store fixtures. Agility currently has a 100 SKU custom library for Vuori designers to pull from to create each new store. These include custom solid surface cash wraps, backwraps, and Fit Bars, configurable laminate wall systems that support both metal face-outs and shelves, whitewashed white oak platforms, and multi-material merchandising tables. Agility Retail was also instrumental in the creation of solid surface platforms and benches, and lightweight concrete-like tables made from fiberglass.

Currently, Vuori operates over 95 stores across 26 states and internationally in London, Shanghai, and Seoul, up from just four in 2019 that were located in California. Vuori expects to exceed 100 stores in 2026, along with numerous remodels, plus international expansions. Agility Retail will be right alongside them to help them achieve their goals.
