Counter shelf displays are among the most common types of merchandisers found in retail stores. They range from simple 1-shelf product risers that are designed to elevate products from adjacent products that sit on a countertop to multi-shelf stocking displays that hold significant capacity of multiple product SKUs and feature brand-building graphics. Welcome to Part II of our 3-part series on counter shelf display ideas. Our objective for this series is to share a broad range of practical and affordable everyday retail displays that can help to accelerate product sales and create brand awareness. Today we’ll review 10 more counter display boxes and units. Let’s get started.
- Woodinville Whiskey Sustainable Counter Display Riser– In keeping with the trend toward all things sustainable, we constructed this 1-shelf display using panels made of 100% plant waste. We direct printed the panels on our flatbed printer, V-grooved the panels on our CNC machine, and folded the panel to make perfect clean corners. We made the back panel removable for shipping. Lightweight and strong, this display was both eco-friendly and economical.
- Allegro Coffee Organic Whole Foods Riser– We made this simple 2-step riser to hold a small inventory of organic blend coffee bags. We built the display using unfinished birch plywood with a neutral grey stained finish. We added a digitally printed PVC front shelf lip graphic and removable back panel graphic.
- Zukes Slanted Shelf Counter Display– This style of counter display is ideal for energy bars and similar style products, particularly for products that are made with natural ingredients or products looking to reinforce a natural brand image. This display features 3-slanted shelves, CNC-cut birch plywood side panels with direct printed graphics and unfinished edges, and front lip graphics.
- Blamtastic 6-Shelf Counter Display– We designed this 6-shelf gravity-fed counter display to merchandise 6 flavors of lip balm. Our goal was to create a very affordable and space- efficient counter display so we went with wire construction and added PVC side signs to dress it up and promote the Blamtastic brand.
- C.Crane 2-Shelf Display– C.Crane was looking for an ultra-simple 2-shelf counter glorifier display to showcase 4 of its radios. We created this display to promote the C. Crane brand name and put the focus on the radios rather than the display. We made this display using white sintra which we direct printed before cutting, folding, and gluing. The display was lightweight for shipping and included a removable back panel.
- Gutz Energy Drink Display– We fabricated this adjustable 3-shelf fold-out wire counter display for Gutz energy drinks. We chose wire since one of the main goals was affordability. We added PVC side and header graphics to promote the brand. The display featured knock-down construction and shipped in a relatively flat box with favorable shipping economics.
- No Ho Hangover Defense Display– In order to appeal to that special class of hungover impulse buyers, we designed this 2-shelf wire display to hold chipboard boxes of No Ho’s hangover defense product. We kept the footprint small and added PVC graphics to catch the attention of the late-night convenience store target customer.
- Honest Tea Counter Display– This 2-tier minimalistic wire counter display is another example of a super simple and affordable but highly functional display for individual tea bag dispensing. Honest Tea’s beautifully designed tea boxes do all the talking, and the header sign serves to reinforce the Honest Tea brand.
- Innovacyn Pet Products Merchandiser– We designed this 3-shelf counter display for multiple SKUs of Innovacyn’s line of pet care products. We selected untreated OSB board to create a raw, natural look and added front lip shelf graphics, a die-cut PVC header sign, and an acrylic side tri-fold brochure holder.
- Lonely Planet Counter Display Spinner– The 4-sided Lonely Planet spinning countertop display combines a wood base and center post structure with 4 fixed wire shelves and a metal header sign holder with an interchangeable PVC header sign digitally printed on 2 sides.
